1. Sponsor
The Ackerman Group Veterinary CE Vacation Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Ackerman Group (“Sponsor”), located in the United States.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to:
• Legal residents of the United States and Canada
• Individuals who are veterinary practice owners at the time of entry
The following are not eligible:
• Employees, contractors, or representatives of Ackerman Group
• Immediate family members of the above
• Non-owners (including associates, staff, or practice managers)
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2026 and ends on December 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through the following methods:
A. Live Webinar Attendance (Primary Entry Method)
Eligible participants will receive:
• One (1) entry per live webinar attended
Attendance must be verified through registration and live participation records.
B. In-Person Events and Conferences
Participants who engage with Ackerman Group at:
• Conferences
• Industry events
• Booth activations
may receive one (1) entry per qualifying interaction
C. Online Entry Form (Limit 1)
Participants may submit:
• One (1) online entry total per person during the Sweepstakes Period
Duplicate or repeated online entries will be disqualified.
5. Entry Limits
• Maximum of five (5) total entries per eligible participant
• Only one online entry allowed
• Additional entries must be earned through verified participation in events or webinars
Attempts to exceed entry limits using multiple identities, emails, or fraudulent methods will result in disqualification.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
A Veterinary CE Vacation valued up to $7,500, which may include:
• Airfare
• Hotel accommodations
• Continuing education expenses
• Personal travel and leisure components
Prize Conditions
• Prize must be used within a timeframe determined by Sponsor
• Travel arrangements are subject to availability
• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary
Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or expenses not explicitly included.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries
• Drawing will occur on or around December 15, 2026
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received
The selected winner will be:
• Notified via email and/or phone
• Required to respond within 5 business days
If the winner does not respond or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Verification and Publicity
The winner may be required to:
• Verify eligibility
• Complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to:
• Use their name, likeness, and business name
• For promotional and marketing purposes
without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
• Disqualify any participant who violates these rules
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Technical failures of any kind
• Errors in administration or fulfillment
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless:
Ackerman Group and its affiliates, employees, and representatives
from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
11. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.
12. Winner Announcement
The winner may be announced:
• On Ackerman Group’s website
• Via email communications
• Through social media channels
